FAQ

How much space do I need?

Allow enough room for the capsule, comfortable entry, and access for cleaning and maintenance. Please confirm the exterior dimensions with our team before planning your space.

Does it need plumbing or special wiring?

The capsule requires a water-source connection and a drainage pipe. Its steam boiler must also be filled before each session. The power rating is 2,500 W and 110/220 V; confirm the electrical requirements for your specific unit before installation.

When will it arrive?

Reserving now places you ahead of the public restock, and a specialist will confirm your date.

Is assembly required?

Some setup is required, including connecting the drainage pipe, connecting the water pipe to a water source, filling the steam boiler, and connecting the power adapter. Contact our team to confirm installation services available in your area.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Eligible orders can be split into installments at checkout, and a specialist can walk you through financing options.
