At Glamour New York, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before sending any item back.

Online Orders Only

This Return and Refund Policy applies only to purchases made directly through https://glamour-nyc.com.

We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased from authorized retailers, third-party stores, marketplaces, salons, spas, or any other outside seller.

If you purchased your item from an authorized retailer or another seller, please contact that retailer directly for their return, exchange, or refund policy.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All return requests must be reviewed and approved by our customer support team before any item is shipped back. We do not accept returns that are sent without first contacting a Glamour New York representative and receiving return approval.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unopened, when applicable
  • With tags, if applicable
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return request.

Once your request is reviewed, a Glamour New York representative will provide the next steps. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send returns to our office or mailing address. That address is for letters and general correspondence only and is not a return address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we will provide return shipping instructions. Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return is due to our error.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special order items
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging
  • Items purchased from authorized retailers, third-party stores, marketplaces, salons, spas, or outside sellers

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on beauty, skincare, or personal care products that have been opened, used, or appear to have been tampered with.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, promotional items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved and completed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

All exchanges must first be approved by a Glamour New York representative.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Unauthorized Returns

Any item sent to Glamour New York without prior approval from a representative will not be accepted or processed.

Glamour New York is not responsible for items shipped to the wrong address, including items sent to our office or mailing address instead of the approved return address provided by customer support.
