Glamour New York Return & Lifetime Warranty Policy
This policy applies to devices that are listed with lifetime warranty purchased from Glamour New York.
Glamour New York proudly stands behind the quality and performance of our products. Our devices come with a Lifetime Warranty. Should any device fail due to defects in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace it, subject to the conditions listed below.
Shipping & Handling:
While the warranty covers the cost of repair or replacement, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning the device to us and sending the repaired/replacement device back to the customer.
- Notify Glamour New York of the issue via our customer service portal.
- Upon approval, securely pack the device and include a copy of the original purchase receipt.
- Ship the device to the provided address. Please use a trackable shipping method.
- Glamour New York will assess, repair, or replace the device, and ship it back to the customer.
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages.
- Devices that have been modified or tampered with.
Limitation on Damages:
Glamour New York shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any of its products.
Glamour New York reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim if it deems, at its sole discretion, that the device has been subjected to conditions outside the scope of normal use, or if the claim does not comply with the terms set out in this policy.
