THE GLAMOUR NEW YORK® BOTANICAL ESSENCE TONER IS A REFRESHING, ALCOHOL-FREE FORMULA DESIGNED TO COMPLETE YOUR CLEANSING RITUAL. INFUSED WITH ROSE WATER, ALOE VERA, AND WITCH HAZEL, IT HELPS SWEEP AWAY RESIDUAL IMPURITIES WHILE LEAVING SKIN FEELING SOFT, HYDRATED, AND BALANCED.
After cleansing, apply with a cotton pad or clean hands and gently sweep over the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Do not rinse. Use once daily.
