Shipping and Delivery

 

Standard orders vary in costs and delivery time based on the destination of purchase. Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM to begin processing the next day. On average, processing usually takes 1 business day then orders will move forward to shipment. Allow delivery time 3 business days from when the order is processed. Expedited orders must be placed by noon PST to begin processing the same day; arrival is depended on the transit time of the selected delivery service. Also note that delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday, and we require your signature upon delivery.

P.O. Box

Any shipments going to a United States P.O. box will be shipped by the USPS for a flat shipping fee of $10.

International Shipping

GlamourNYC.com currently offers shipping to the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience and are consistently working on expanding our shipping boundaries. Orders shipped to Canada will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of $35 and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from GlamourNYC.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record. They are responsible for any import fees as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Glamour NYC does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your specific charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Orders must be placed by 14:00 (2:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 1-877-554-1777.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• Easter
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Christmas

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email.
