We carry several device lines organized by area of use — Face Devices, Body Devices, Eye devices, an LED Light Mattress, and Saunas — alongside a skincare line covering cleansers & exfoliators, moisturizers, serums & targeted treatments, and eye care. Individual device lines include Multiwave, Multiwave X-Max, Revolutionary, Rejuveneck, and Glamorous, each using red, near-infrared, and/or blue LED light, with some models adding EMS (electrical muscle stimulation).

Our device lines are grouped by the part of the body they're designed for: Face Devices for facial use, Body Devices for larger areas, Eye devices for the eye area, and the LED Light Mattress for full-body use. Each product page lists that model's specific light modes and included accessories. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment (excluding weekends and holidays), then shipped with tracking information sent by email once it's available. We currently ship within the United States only; we're not able to ship to certain international addresses, P.O. boxes, military addresses, or restricted delivery areas.

From time to time we run free-shipping promotions, which may come with order minimums or other terms. Any free-shipping option you qualify for is shown automatically at checkout.
Returns, Warranty & Contact

We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns must be approved by our team before you ship anything back — email info@glamour-nyc.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send approved-return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unworn, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare, beauty, and personal-care products cannot be returned. Sale items, final-sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card issuer may take some additional time to post it.

Glamour New York devices are covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty covering structural integrity and factory-installed components against defects in material or workmanship.
