Complimentary Eye Care Gift - Offer Terms

1. The offer

Eligible recipients may select one (1) complimentary product from the choices presented on the promotion page. The product is provided at no charge. The customer pays shipping of $30, which is disclosed before checkout and is charged in all cases. No other purchase is required.

2. Eligibility

This offer is available to invited recipients who received a direct communication from Glamour New York, are 18 years of age or older, and are shipping to a valid address within [the United States / TERRITORY]. The offer is personal to the recipient and may not be transferred, sold, auctioned, assigned, or shared.

3. One gift per customer

Limit one (1) complimentary gift per person, per household, per shipping address, and per payment method, regardless of how many email addresses, accounts, or orders are used.

Orders exceeding this limit may be cancelled in whole or in part at our sole discretion. Where an order is cancelled, any amount charged for that order is refunded to the original payment method.

4. Quantity

The complimentary item is limited to a quantity of one per order. Any order submitted with a greater quantity may be adjusted to one, or cancelled, at our discretion.

5. Availability

The offer is valid while supplies last and may end earlier than the stated end date. Where a selected product becomes unavailable, we may substitute a product of equal or greater value, or cancel the order and refund amounts paid.

6. Value, returns, and refunds

The complimentary item has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a different product. It is not returnable and not refundable.

Shipping charges are refundable only where the order is cancelled before dispatch, or where the item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what was ordered. Requests must be made within [30] days of delivery.

7. Combining offers

This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, coupon, loyalty benefit, or reward unless expressly stated. It does not apply to prior purchases and cannot be applied retroactively.

8. Taxes

Any applicable sales, use, or other taxes are the customer's responsibility and will be calculated at checkout in accordance with applicable law. Where the law requires tax to be assessed on the retail value of a promotional item, that tax will be charged even though the item itself is provided at no cost.

9. Errors and unauthorized access

The promotional products are made available solely through the official promotion page for the duration of the offer. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that results from:

• a pricing, typographical, or technical error;
• access to a promotional product outside the official promotion page or outside the offer period;
• use of automated tools, scripts, bots, or any means of bypassing the limits described in these terms;
• any other circumstance in which the order was not placed in the manner contemplated by this offer.

10. Fraud and abuse

We may refuse, cancel, limit, or reverse any order, and may suspend or close any account, where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or the offer has been abused. This includes creating multiple accounts, using varied addresses or payment methods to claim more than one gift, and reselling or offering to resell the complimentary item.

11. Changes to the offer

We may modify, suspend, or end this offer at any time, for any reason, without notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted and dispatched.

12. Chargebacks

13. Privacy

14. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NV, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
