Complimentary Collagen Glide Gel — Offer Terms

1. What the offer is

Eligible recipients may claim one (1) Collagen Glide Gel at no charge for the product itself. Shipping and handling of $30.00 applies and is charged at checkout. This amount is disclosed before you place your order and is the only amount payable. No other purchase is required, and there is no subscription, membership, or recurring charge of any kind.

2. Who can claim it

The offer is open to recipients who received a direct communication from Glamour New York containing the promotion link, who are 18 or older, and who are shipping to a valid address within [the United States / TERRITORY]. It is personal to the recipient and may not be transferred, sold, auctioned, assigned, or shared.

3. One per customer

Limit one (1) Collagen Glide Gel per person, per household, per shipping address, and per payment method, regardless of the number of email addresses, accounts, or separate orders used.

Orders exceeding this limit may be cancelled in whole or in part at our discretion. Where an order is cancelled, amounts charged for it are refunded in full to the original payment method.

4. Quantity

This promotion is limited to one unit per order. Where an order is submitted with a greater quantity, we may reduce it to one and adjust or refund any associated charge, or cancel the order entirely. We will notify you by email where we do so.

5. Other promotions

This is a standalone promotion. Claiming a gift under a different Glamour New York promotion does not affect eligibility here, and claiming this gift does not affect eligibility elsewhere, unless the terms of that other promotion say otherwise.

This offer cannot be combined with any discount code, coupon, loyalty benefit, or other promotional pricing on the same order, and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

6. Availability

Valid while supplies last, and may end before the stated end date. Where the product becomes unavailable we may substitute an item of equal or greater value, or cancel and refund.

7. Value, returns, and refunds

The Collagen Glide Gel is provided at no charge, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or another product. It is not returnable and not refundable.

Shipping and handling is refundable where the order is cancelled before dispatch, or where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within [30] days of delivery.

8. Taxes

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout in accordance with law and are the customer's responsibility. Some jurisdictions require tax to be assessed on the retail value of promotional merchandise even where the item is provided free.

9. Errors, and orders placed outside this promotion

The promotional product is offered solely through the official promotion page, for the duration of this offer, to invited recipients. We may cancel and refund any order that results from:

• a pricing, typographical, or technical error;
• adding the promotional product from any source other than the official promotion page;
• an order placed outside the promotion period;
• use of scripts, bots, automated tools, or any method of circumventing the limits in these terms;
• any other circumstance in which the order was not placed as this offer contemplates.

10. Abuse

We may refuse, cancel, limit, or reverse any order and suspend or close any account where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the offer has been abused — including multiple accounts, varied addresses or payment methods used to claim more than one unit, and reselling or offering to resell the item.

11. Changes

We may modify, suspend, or end this promotion at any time without notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted and dispatched.

12. Chargebacks

Please contact info@glamour-nyc.com before disputing a charge — most issues are resolved the same day. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in cancellation of pending orders and loss of future promotional eligibility.

13. Privacy

Information provided in connection with this offer is handled under our Privacy Policy at [LINK].

14. General

Governed by the laws of the State of NV, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms, with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement for this offer.
