1. Prep
Charge the device and attach the treatment head securely.
2. Power
Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
One beep = on, two beeps = off.
3. Intensity / EMS
Short-press to cycle through levels 1–4.
Long-press to activate EMS; long-press again to turn it off.
4. Mode
Short-press the Power/Mode button to switch between STAMP-DEEP and SLIDE-DAILY.
The device starts in STAMP-DEEP by default.
